14-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days from delivery to return an item if it does not fit. The returned item must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
1. Email us at hyperroommedia@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We will send you return instructions and an address.
3. Repack the item securely and ship it back. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
4. After arrival and inspection, we refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days and we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.
Socks and underwear are not returnable for hygiene reasons, unless the item is defective.
